is being digitized after it and named Embroidery digitizing. This
technology has completed changed its industry which is widely used today.
In other words, it is converting a digital file into a stitch able
format which an Embroidery machine can understand and produce the design on
required fabric. It is not an easy process and requires some special knowledge
and depends upon Size of Design, the type of Cloth and the artwork.
2. Types
Here are different types of Formats in which it can be stored. Here
are some of them.

3. Working Principle
First a design is made as a graphical logo in different formats as .JPG, PNG, GIF and PDF. Then this graphical file let say of .JPG
is converted to the code of Embroidery machine using special software. This
Software converts graphical representation of file into the code which machine
of Embroidery digitizing can understand. In other words, the software gives the
command to the machine when to do the needle up and when to do down, when to
change the thread, when to change the color and many other instructions based
on the design. This file is stored into other format like .ART, .PEC or .XXX
depending upon the requirements of machine. Then the machine carries out the design
according to the instruction. But remember it is not an easy process and
requires much skilled person to operate the software
4. Uses
Embroidery
